1992 Mercedes-Benz RennTech 500E 6.0

Starting with one of only 1505 E500's sold in the United States from 1992 - 1994 at a cost of over $80,000 and produced in conjuction with Porsche, these rare factory hot rods have proven to be the last of the truly well built Mercedes-Benz. This rare special order Ice Blue Metallic/Grey Leather 500E has only 28,000, one owner miles. This car recieved the full RennTech upgrade at a cost of over $150,000 which was done for a long time Porsche enthusiast. This is the only 6-speed manual transmission 500E ever built by RennTech, or anybody else for that matter. This car displays a remarkable 6-Litre engine with 465 HP and 500 ft lbs of torque. It is in Mint condition and has only gone 4,000 Miles since completion! Entire engine was rebuilt using Titanium connecting rods, Special Camshafts, Bigger valves, Higher Compression, Ported & Polished Heads, Solid Lifters, Reprogramed ECU, Tubular Headers, Special High Flow Catalysts and Complete Renntech Stainless Exhaust. Alcon Six Piston (14.1) Brakes, Adjustable Koni's, Mono Ball Link Suspension In Rear and Torsen Limited Slip differential were also installed.
